Website terms

These terms govern use of The Solutions Company LLC’s funding partner website, public forms, and private dashboard links.

Public information

Website information is general and is not a promise of approval, credit, rates, terms, timing, or a funding outcome. Submitting an intake is a request for review and does not create a lender-borrower relationship.

Accurate and authorized use

You agree to provide accurate information, submit only for yourself or with proper authority, and not misuse, disrupt, scrape, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the website.

Private links

Approved partners must keep private dashboard links confidential. Anyone with a valid link may be able to view the associated aggregate partner totals. Notify The Solutions Company promptly if a link is exposed so it can be replaced.

Partner agreement

Partner compensation, marketing, client communication, and program obligations are governed by the accepted Funding Referral Partner Agreement, which controls if these website terms conflict with it.

Third-party services

Links to SmartCredit, lenders, or other third parties are provided for convenience. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply.

Availability and changes

The website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” without warranties, and The Solutions Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
