This notice explains how The Solutions Company LLC handles information submitted through its funding partner website.

Information we collect

We collect partner application and agreement records—including signer name, title, agreement version, acceptance timestamp, and device/browser information—plus client contact and business information, funding-readiness answers, referral attribution, workflow status, and credit reports clients choose to provide through a secure request.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate funding readiness, communicate about funding services, operate partner referrals, calculate commissions, document agreements, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

Credentials

We do not request or store SmartCredit usernames, passwords, verification codes, banking passwords, or full Social Security numbers in this portal. Clients sign in to SmartCredit themselves and may later provide a credit-report file through a one-time secure upload link.

Sharing and access

Funding information is available to authorized Solutions Company administrators and service providers needed to operate the program. Partners receive aggregate referral totals and status information—not client credit reports or credentials. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect clients, the Company, or the program.

Retention and security

We use access controls and protected storage appropriate to the workflow. Agreement and transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, operational, and dispute-resolution purposes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline to submit information. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact the Solutions Company representative who provided your link. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.

Updates

We may update this notice and will post the new effective date here. Material program terms affecting partners are governed by the accepted Funding Referral Partner Agreement.
